Slow House 2 - Slower House

I enjoyed doing the last Slow House mix so much, and I've been listening to so much of it lately, that I thought I'd throw together another one. This one starts off even slower, at the murky depths of 98bpm (I know, I know, but it's such a great tempo for house music to be at. Something about the agonising slowness, the way you yearn for it to just speed up a bit is really compelling, I find. (Is this the wrong place to be deploying words like 'yearn'? Should we be saving those for the bass music Mills & Boon?)). Down a bottle of cough syrup, and in half an hour press play. You'll be in just the right headspace. So anyway, this one also takes in a bit more disco, a bit more piano, a bit more effete, tears-of-redemption-on-the-dancefloor vibe. If only Ben Frost did disco edits. If only....
