Exclusive: Rubi Dan on Congorock - Babylon Flo

November 18

Pastedgraphic

Very chuffed to be offering up this little exclusive from The Heatwave - London's finest bashment crew are getting all excited about next Thursday's Hot Wuk night, and to celebrate they've sent over this wicked version courtesy of Rubi Dan.  It's on Congorock's track 'Babylon', and Rubi's hyperactive flow sits really well on that kind of French sounding electro bassline.  Grab it from the link below:

As mentioned, it's all part of the cunning conspiracy to promote next week's Hot Wuk, and this time it's Sticky's birthday - free cake and ice-cream for all (possibly).  What there certainly will be, though, is a glut of classic dancehall riddims, and half a dozen of Sticky's closest MC cohorts jumping on them.  It's gonna be a riot - I caught Rubi Dan for the first time last weekend on the Mungo's rig in Bristol, and can confirm he's definitely worth catching!

For more details on the night, tickets, more tunes, and more other stuff too, check out www.theheatwave.co.uk
